Luxury Maintenance Plan

You can select either a bi-weekly plan or a weekly plan. Please keep in mind that space for the weekly plan is very limited.

Yes, with our Flex Plan, you can alternate one vehicle each month. However, the alternate vehicle must meet specific criteria.

The second vehicle must be detailable within 45 minutes to 1 hour. If it requires more time, additional charges may apply to ensure the vehicle is cleaned to our standards.

You can alternate one other vehicle per month.

Plan Holds and Payments

Yes, you can place your plan on hold.

You can place your plan on hold for up to 4 months per calendar year.

It is free of charge to place your account on hold.

By placing your account on hold, you lock in the current rate, preventing potential price increases during your hold period.

In some cases, we can extend the hold for another month, but for anything beyond that, we recommend canceling the plan

The first payment is made at the time of your appointment via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, credit, or debit card.

Yes, having a card on file is required for auto-billing

We will attempt to reach you to resolve the balance. If we cannot do so, your plan will be removed, and you may lose your current rate if you wish to continue the plan later.

Appointments and Cancellations

If weather conditions are severe, we will attempt to service your vehicle in a garage or covered area. If that is not possible, we may offer a credit adjustment for the uncompleted area or a credit for the missed detail.

You can reschedule via the online appointment link, but a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel on the day of service

You will be billed on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on when your plan starts.

Ceramic Coating and Service Inquiries

The best time to apply ceramic coating is when you first purchase the vehicle to preserve its new condition.

It is highly recommended not to use a drive-through car wash, as it can damage the ceramic coating.

We recommend a treatment at least once every 6 months.

You can fill out the request form located under the ceramic coating table on our website.

We are open Monday-Friday from 7 am to 4 pm

Yes, you can set a recurring appointment for monthly or yearly details at no additional charge.
